Jennifer Paskert Lime

Jennifer Paskert Lime passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on February 18th at 7:00 p.m. at the age of 54, leaving behind a legacy of love, comfort, and unwavering devotion to those around her.

She is survived by her loving parents, Jim and Tobea Paskert; her daughters, Hailey Lime and Brooke Lime Rodriguez; her son-in-law, Juni Rodriguez; her uncle, Tom Fernandez; her brother, David Paskert, and his wife, Karen; and many cherished nieces and nephews who adored her

Jennifer was a mother first, the kind who made you feel safe no matter how big the storm. She was a daughter, a devoted friend, a teacher, and a helper to anyone who needed steady hands or a listening ear. For many years, she poured her heart into teaching at Bell Shoals Baptist Academy, shaping young lives with patience and compassion. She was also a faithful attendee of Baylife Church, where her quiet strength and warmth reflected her deep faith.

Anyone who spent time around Jennifer felt it instantly, that sense of being seen, understood, and comforted. She had a way of making you feel like you mattered. She was the person you called when you were scared and the one who showed up without being asked.

She loved the simple joys of life: shopping trips to Target, good music (especially Bon Jovi), and laughter with the people she loved most. But above all, she loved her family fiercely.

Jennifer also had a deep heart for serving others. For over 20 years, she and her daughters volunteered annually with Faces Of Courage a cause that was especially meaningful to her. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Faces of Courage in her honor.

A celebration of Jennifer’s life will be held on March 14th at 10202 Elbow Bend Road, Riverview, Florida. The gathering will be open to all who loved her from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Guests are welcome to come whenever they are able. Memories and kind words honoring Jennifer will be shared at approximately 1:30 p.m.

In honoring Jennifer, we remember a woman who made others feel safe, seen, and deeply loved. Though she will be profoundly missed, the warmth she gave so freely will continue to live on in every life she touched.
